MATRIX offers Operations and Maintenance services for our Design/Build Micro Utility projects where turnkey solutions are required. MATRIX can acquire existing utility equipment or, where appropriate, we will design/build a complete Micro Utility system including membrane desalination, power utility, waste water system and solid waste management facility and staff and maintain the plant(s), and sell water/power/reuse (DBOO) directly to a qualified purchaser.
